Rules:

1) You cannot banish someone who is already in here.

2) You may banish up to three people per day, but no more than six people per week total.

3) I cannot banish anyone, UNLESS they banish someone who is already in here. I can refuse a petition of banishment if I feel the subject has been banished too often in a short amount of time. I can petition for anyone's release.
